This is a "naartjie" flavoured liqueur. The fruit is macerated with with a spirit and then distilled and sweetened. The Liqueur is a Dark orange in colour. Used in Naartjie Martini. 24% Abv.

Cocktail method
Stir all ingredients with crushed ice and splash withnsparkling water.
Cocktail ingredients
37.5ml Sauza Tequila
25ml Blue Agave mix
50ml Apricot & pineapple Puree
12.5ml Butlers Van der hum
Splash of sparkling water
Cocktail garnish
Two pine leaves with dried apricot
