Microwave Milk Tart:
1 x 200g Bakers Blue Label Marie Biscuits (crushed)
125ml Margarine
1 x (397g) Tin condensed milk
4 1/2 cups milks
15ml Butter
2 extra large eggs
80ml Cornflour
5ml Vanilla essence
Cinnamon for sprinkling
Combine biscuits & margarine. Press into 2 shallow pie dishes or 1 large deep one, lining base & sides. Chill. Combine condense milk & butter in bowl & microwave for 5 minutes on 100% power. Beats eggs. cornflour & vanilla together. Add to milk mixture & microwave for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally (with whisk) to prevent lumps. Mixture will thicken gradually. Pour over biscuits, sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate until set.
